2027 Bain Capital Real Estate Analyst

Role Overview

Bain Capital Real Estate is hiring full-time Analysts for a summer 2027 start, based in Boston. This is an entry-level investment role with a minimum two-year commitment and eligibility for promotion to Associate after two years.

Program Structure

Analysts receive significant exposure to a wide breadth of real estate asset classes and deal types, learning to evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental strategic analysis in addition to traditional financial modeling. The program is designed to systematically develop analysts into value-added investors.

Qualifications

- Strong academic record

- Prior internship experience in investing and/or real estate (investment banking, real estate development, research, etc.)

- Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
