Key Responsibilities
- Active deal sourcing and screening of early-stage European opportunities
- Industry research and investment thesis development
- Full investment process: evaluation, due diligence, documentation
- Portfolio management, board governance, and performance monitoring
- Represent the firm at industry events
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in startups, tech companies, or venture capital
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Engineering/technical background preferred
- Strong academic credentials
