Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen investment opportunities

- Conduct industry research to develop investment hypotheses

- Participate in the full investment process, including evaluation and due diligence

- Support portfolio management and board governance activities

- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

- Strong academic background

- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in startups, tech companies, or venture capital

- Digital proficiency and curiosity about emerging technologies

- Self-starter mentality with strong analytical and communication skills

- Fluency in English and German

- Preferred: engineering/technical background, coding ability, specialized domain expertise
