Private Equity Management Company Senior Controller

A leading $30B+ PE and Credit Fund (placed by Atlantic Group) is seeking a Senior Controller for its Management Company in New York (midtown, 4 days in-office). Total compensation: $350,000-$475,000. The Senior Controller will lead the global accounting function through a period of significant growth and transformation. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting across domestic and international operating entities, implementing scalable processes, driving operational enhancement, improving financial visibility, and managing a team of accounting professionals. Requirements: 10-20+ years of experience as a controller or senior finance leader at a PE, hedge fund, or VC firm. This is a critical hire at a top-tier alternative asset manager.
