Private Equity Investment Associate

A lower middle market private equity firm (placed by Atlantic Group) is seeking a Private Equity Investment Associate to join its NYC investment team. The firm focuses on founder-led and middle market businesses and operates with a lean, high-conviction deal team. Core responsibilities include financial modeling (LBO/operating models), due diligence, investment research, IC memo preparation, transaction execution, and post-close portfolio monitoring. You will have direct exposure to senior investors and live deal flow from day one. Requirements: 2-3 years in investment banking or Big 4 transaction advisory with strong financial modeling skills and interest in lower middle market PE.
