Investment Associate, Private Credit. Top Credit Fund with $5B+ AUM seeking an Investment Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of deal closings inclusive of negotiating credit agreements with external counsel. Active monitoring of existing portfolio investments, including preparing quarterly updates for existing positions. Leading due diligence and documentation of primary, co-investment and opportunistic investments. Supporting the senior investment team in all facets of the business including investment-related analysis, marketing and investor relations-related requests. Monitoring clients' private markets investments and portfolios.

Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in a leveraged finance, investment banking, or commercial banking environment. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. CFA or parts passed highly preferred. BDC or Direct Lending experience is beneficial.
