Role Overview

Ares Management is hiring a Senior Associate to join its Digital Infrastructure Investments team in New York. The role sits within Ares Digital Infrastructure (ADI), part of the firm's Real Assets platform, which invests in high-quality digital infrastructure assets to support the growth of global demand for data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.

About the Team

ADI has built a large portfolio of data center assets globally, recently completing its inaugural $2.4 billion data center development fund in Japan. The platform is supported by Ada Infrastructure, ADI's wholly-owned global data center operating company, which provides development, leasing, asset management, facilities management, security, and other customer services across ADI's data center portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and execution of digital infrastructure investment opportunities

- Support underwriting and financial modeling for data center transactions

- Contribute to transaction execution across the deal lifecycle, from origination through closing

- Collaborate with Ada Infrastructure's operating platform on portfolio company oversight
