Fund Service Director

Ardian, a leading global private investment house, is seeking a distinguished executive to assume the pivotal C-Suite role of Fund Service Director. This is a critical opportunity to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of fund services across Ardian’s extensive Private Equity platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring robust, compliant, and investor-centric operations for a sophisticated portfolio of private equity funds, playing a key role in the firm's continued growth and success.

As Fund Service Director, this executive will provide comprehensive leadership and oversight for all aspects of fund administration and operations. Key responsibilities include:

* Directing the end-to-end administration of Ardian’s Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to industry best practices and global regulatory requirements.

* Providing strategic oversight for all fund service functions, including investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and the preparation of financial statements and investor communications.

* Ensuring rigorous compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, fund governing documents, and internal policies across all fund service activities, mitigating operational and reputational risks.

* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors (LPs) by delivering transparent and timely fund information and expertly addressing complex operational inquiries.

* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of fund service professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the department.

* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, legal, finance, and compliance departments, to support fund structuring, closings, and ongoing fund management.

* Driving initiatives to enhance operational processes, optimize technology solutions, and improve service delivery to meet the evolving needs of Ardian’s Private Equity investors and internal teams.

* Providing strategic insights and regular reporting to senior executive leadership on fund operational performance, risk management, and key strategic initiatives.
