About This Role
ARCHIMED is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare, managing $11 billion across its funds. The firm operates offices in Europe, the US, and Asia, and is recognized for top-decile fund performance across MED I, MED II, and MED Platform I.
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the Director of Investor Relations will play a leadership role in the strategic direction and execution of ARCHIMED's global capital formation and LP engagement efforts. This is a senior, high-visibility position with direct exposure to the firm's Partners and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Fundraising leadership: Partnering with the Head of IR and firm leadership to shape fundraising strategy across flagship funds, co-investment vehicles, and GP-led secondaries. Owning the end-to-end production of institutional-quality fundraising materials (PPM, DDQ, pitch decks, VDR, track record analytics) and managing legal and structural workstreams alongside external counsel.
LP Relationship Management: Serving as a senior external voice for the firm. Representing ARCHIMED at investor conferences, industry events, and LP meetings. Building and independently managing a portfolio of global LP relationships across sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, family offices, and consultants.
Investor Communications: Leading preparation of regular LP reporting, fund-level performance materials, and co-investment and advisory board communications. Developing an intimate knowledge of ARCHIMED's portfolio and translating complex investment themes into compelling LP communications.
Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring junior IR professionals, coordinating with internal teams (investment, finance, legal, compliance, sustainability) and external service providers.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, or institutional sales within private equity or alternative investments, with an established network among institutional LPs and sophisticated investors.
ARCHIMED manages the largest healthcare-only private equity fund raised by a European-based GP, with a committed impact investing approach through its EUREKA Foundation.
