The Role

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the Associate Director will play a key execution role across the firm's capital formation and LP engagement activities. This is a high-impact position with meaningful LP exposure, ownership of core IR workstreams and the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside the Head of IR and senior team to execute fundraising campaigns across flagship funds, co-investment vehicles and GP-led secondaries

- Lead production of institutional-quality fundraising materials including PPM, DDQ, pitch decks, VDR content and track record analytics

- Represent ARCHIMED at investor conferences, industry events and LP meetings alongside senior team members

- Manage a growing book of LP relationships across geographies including sovereigns, pensions, insurers, endowments, foundations, funds of funds and family offices

- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Investment and Impact teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of materials
