Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Principal, Corporate Solutions, will serve as a critical resource for Apollo’s private equity investment teams and portfolio companies. Responsibilities include:

Value Creation Leadership:* Lead the identification, assessment, and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to enhance enterprise value across private equity investments. This involves developing tailored solutions for complex business challenges.

Portfolio Company Engagement:* Work directly with the C-suite and senior management teams of portfolio companies to diagnose operational issues, define strategic priorities, and drive execution of agreed-upon plans. This requires a collaborative approach and the ability to influence outcomes.

Analytical Rigor:* Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analysis to support strategic recommendations. Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.

Operational Excellence:* Guide portfolio companies in areas such as performance improvement, cost optimization, supply chain management, sales and marketing effectiveness, and organizational restructuring.

Strategic Support:* Contribute to pre-acquisition due diligence by assessing operational capabilities and identifying potential value creation opportunities for prospective investments. Provide ongoing strategic input to investment committees and portfolio company boards.

Project Management:* Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of desired outcomes. Manage external consultants and advisors as needed.

Reporting and Communication:* Articulate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including investment professionals, portfolio company executives, and board members.
