Director, Counterparty Relationship Management & Onboarding

Apollo is seeking an accomplished professional to join the Investment Operations team as Director, Counterparty Relationship Management & Onboarding. This role serves as a central point of contact for external counterparties and internal stakeholders, overseeing counterparty relationships, trading line management, and account onboarding across Apollo's complex private market and fund structures. Responsibilities include serving as primary Investment Operations liaison to external counterparties (custodians, prime brokers, clearing merchants, administrators), establishing and managing strategic counterparty relationships, overseeing account onboarding and maintenance across Apollo funds, SMAs, CLOs, SPVs, leading development of institutional onboarding documentation, managing trading line infrastructure including ISDA coordination, and leading a globally distributed team. Requirements: 8-12 years experience within a complex financial services organization. Demonstrated expertise in counterparty relationship management. Experience with ISDA documentation and credit arrangements.
