Analyst, Institutional Client Group

Apollo Global Management is seeking a driven Analyst for its expanding Institutional Client Group (ICG) team, focusing on US Sales. Apollo is one of the world's leading alternative investment management firms with approximately $700 billion in assets under management across private equity, credit, and real assets.

The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities:

- Work with the sales and product team to support presentations, data management, and bespoke projects focused on strategy and sales

- Coordinate group investor meetings including roadshows

- Work with investment, marketing, and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions

- Create and review internal and external meeting memorandums and presentations

- Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows and conferences

- Customize marketing materials and talking points for upcoming investor meetings

- Compile market data and incorporate market research into investor presentation materials

- Research databases and maintain internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information

- Alongside senior Partners, liaise with existing and prospective investors to help manage the sales process (from prospecting and diligence through close)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of prior experience

- Familiarity with Salesforce

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Proficient in Excel and highly proficient in PowerPoint

- Strategic thinker with strong judgment and professional integrity

- Self-starter who can work effectively within a team as well as independently

Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
