Key responsibilities include originating and leading financial due diligence engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence efforts including quality of earnings and working capital analysis, developing and maintaining strong relationships with private equity firms and investment banks, and overseeing multiple engagements simultaneously. Candidates should have extensive M&A due diligence experience, strong PE client relationships, and proven revenue generation capabilities.
