Investment Associate - Credit Secondaries

A leading alternatives platform seeking an Investment Associate to join its Secondaries & Portfolio Finance team in NYC. The role is focused on complex private markets transactions across GP/LP financing solutions, NAV lending, and private credit secondaries.

Associates work in a lean, highly analytical team environment with direct exposure to senior investment professionals and significant responsibility across diligence, underwriting, financial analysis, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Evaluate a diverse range of private equity and credit investment opportunities across secondary and portfolio finance transactions

Perform advanced financial modeling including company-level, fund-level, and GP-level cash flow projections

Lead and coordinate aspects of transaction due diligence

Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees

Develop and present independent views on investment opportunities using market research and proprietary analysis

Interface directly with general partners, intermediaries, and other stakeholders

Monitor performance of existing investments
