Credit Investing Vice President - Energy & Infrastructure

Partnering with a leading global alternative investment platform seeking a Vice President for its Energy & Infrastructure Credit Investing team in Houston.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in private credit, energy investing, infrastructure investing, leveraged finance, project finance, investment banking, corporate banking, or credit-focused investing roles

- Strong credit underwriting and investment analysis experience, with a demonstrated ability to assess risk and structure transactions

- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including experience analyzing complex debt structures and cash flow-based investments

- Experience evaluating investments within energy, power, midstream, utilities, renewables, infrastructure, or other real asset sectors

- Strong understanding of debt documentation, covenant analysis, and transaction structuring

- Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams and transaction processes simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
