About the Secondaries Team

The 16-person global team has closed 300+ secondary transactions, covering both traditional LP-led transactions and complex GP-led structures. The secondaries book manages over $8 billion.

Role Overview

This Associate role supports all aspects of secondary transaction evaluation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate LP-led and GP-led secondary opportunities

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence

- Build valuation and pricing models

- Prepare investment committee materials

- Monitor existing secondary positions

Requirements

- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Interest in private markets investing
