The Primary Investment Associate will support the US Primary Investments Team in sourcing, analyzing, and monitoring investment opportunities across buyout and venture capital fund strategies. This role offers diversified exposure to PE and VC investing at the fund level.

Core responsibilities include meeting with GP groups to evaluate potential fund investments and monitor existing investments; performing quantitative analysis including portfolio valuation, comparable company analysis, value driver analysis, and performance attribution; assisting in preparation of investment memoranda; conducting industry and sector analysis; supporting legal negotiation and documentation; and managing the deal pipeline and related documentation.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in private markets analysis, financial modeling, and professional communication skills. The role is based in Menlo Park, CA and provides meaningful exposure to the global buyout and venture capital universe through Adams Street's platform.
