Infrastructure Investor Seoul Forum 2026

The dedicated forum for Korean institutional infrastructure capital

About this event

Infrastructure Investor Seoul Forum is the dedicated single-day gathering for Korean LPs and the global infrastructure GPs they back, plus the Korean GP set deploying capital domestically and regionally. Held in Seoul and organized by Infrastructure Investor (PEI Group), the forum reflects the structural importance Korean institutional capital has assumed in global infrastructure private markets.

Korean institutions — the National Pension Service (NPS), Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), Korea Post, Teachers' Pension, and the major life insurers and securities firms — have built infrastructure programs of genuinely global scale. The forum is the only annual venue where those allocator teams convene with the global GP base on home territory, in Korean time zones and with a programming structure tuned to Korean institutional decision-making rhythms.

The agenda concentrates on three intersecting themes. First, Korean outbound infrastructure allocation — how Korean LPs are sequencing commitments across global, European, North American and Asian infrastructure GPs, and what manager selection criteria are evolving. Second, Korean domestic infrastructure — the substantial pipeline of energy transition, digital infrastructure and PPP opportunity inside Korea, and the GPs deploying capital there. Third, Asia-Pacific regional themes — energy transition, data centers, transport — through the lens of Korean institutional engagement.

For non-Korean infrastructure GPs, the forum is the most efficient annual venue for the Korean institutional LP base. For Korean GPs, it is the gateway event for cross-border LP coverage. For the Korean institutional teams themselves, it is the major peer-benchmarking moment of the infrastructure year.

Who attends

Korean institutional infrastructure allocators (NPS, KIC, Korea Post, Teachers' Pension, life insurers, securities firms); global infrastructure GPs with Korean LP relationships; Korean infrastructure GPs; the legal, advisory and engineering ecosystem.

Why this event matters

Korean institutional capital is now structurally one of the most important sources of new infrastructure commitments globally. For non-Korean GPs, sustained access to that capital pool requires presence at Korean institutional venues — and this forum is the major one in the calendar.
