zvoove Group, a prominent European software and AI solutions provider for the staffing, security, and cleaning sectors, has significantly expanded its artificial intelligence arsenal by acquiring the intellectual property of Pixi. This strategic move integrates Pixi, an AI-driven WhatsApp agent designed to streamline administrative tasks for temporary workers, directly into zvoove's comprehensive platform. The acquisition aims to automate repetitive back-office functions, thereby empowering staffing consultants to dedicate more time to cultivating crucial client and candidate relationships.

The integration of Pixi's technology allows temporary staff to manage their onboarding processes and address routine administrative inquiries seamlessly through WhatsApp, a communication channel already deeply embedded in their daily lives. By simply initiating a chat via a QR code or phone number, employees can complete guided forms, with their master data automatically captured without recruiter intervention. The AI agent's natural language processing capabilities enable it to understand and respond to queries by referencing the client's ERP data, covering essential topics such as personal details, contract information, assignments, and working hours.
