Walton Global is actively seeking international investment for a new private equity vehicle focused on the U.S. residential land sector. This initiative aims to capitalize on the persistent housing supply deficit across the United States, offering global investors a pathway to participate in real asset appreciation and income generation.

The fund, which completed its initial fundraising round in October 2025, is specifically designed for non-U.S. individuals and institutions looking to diversify into tangible American assets. This strategic move follows Walton Global's prior successes in launching publicly offered funds in Japan and registered investment products in Hong Kong, underscoring a robust international appetite for U.S. land-backed investment strategies.

This dual-pronged approach involves providing crucial short-to-medium term financing to large-scale U.S. homebuilders. These loans are secured by first-lien positions on residential land, with land ownership serving as collateral, thereby generating returns through interest payments. Concurrently, the fund is strategically acquiring pre-development residential land in metropolitan areas experiencing significant population growth, persistent housing shortages, and sustained builder demand.

The U.S. housing market continues to grapple with a significant inventory gap.
