VistaOne Opens Doors to Private Software Deals for Investors

Vista Equity Partners has launched VistaOne, a groundbreaking evergreen private equity fund designed to give eligible non-US investors direct, streamlined access to the firm’s portfolio of private enterprise software companies.

VistaOne offers a fully drawn structure with just one layer of fees, quarterly liquidity options, and exposure across Vista’s Flagship, Foundation, and Endeavor strategies—all through a single commitment. It represents one of the first technology-specific evergreen private equity funds tailored for the private wealth segment.

With the global software market expected to hit $59 trillion by 2027 and growing at a projected 17% annual rate, VistaOne addresses the market’s growing demand for diversified access to high-growth private companies. Notably, 96% of software firms remain privately held, posing challenges for individual investors seeking exposure.

Vista collaborated with global fintech platform S64 to develop and launch VistaOne, while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP served as legal counsel. The fund is initially available to Vista’s private wealth network and select eligible investors.
