Thermogenics has significantly strengthened its North American boiler services infrastructure by acquiring Halmar Boiler Parts, a move that integrates a substantial aftermarket component inventory and a key manufacturing hub in Louisville, Kentucky. This strategic integration enhances Thermogenics' capacity to provide comprehensive boiler lifecycle solutions across the continent.

Founded in 1950, Halmar Boiler Parts brings nearly three-quarters of a century of expertise in producing and distributing essential OEM and aftermarket replacement parts for critical boiler systems. Their product catalog includes vital components such as refractory materials, gaskets, burner assemblies, combustion controls, and other necessary parts, serving a wide array of boiler service companies throughout the United States and Canada. The acquisition is expected to provide Thermogenics customers with improved access to a readily available, large-scale inventory, crucial for minimizing operational disruptions.

The integration of Halmar’s operations is particularly impactful given the industry's reliance on rapid response to equipment downtime. Halmar's established capability for same-day shipping on in-stock items directly addresses this critical need for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. Furthermore, Halmar's internal manufacturing of refractory products, coupled with decades of experience supporting diverse boiler configurations from various manufacturers, adds a valuable in-house production capability to Thermogenics' existing service network.
