Telis Energie Deutschland, a key player within the Carlyle-backed Telis Energy Group, is advancing plans for a substantial 500-megawatt data center campus in Lower Saxony, Germany. The proposed campus will span an impressive 380,000 square meters, featuring six distinct buildings, each reaching a height of 25 meters. Construction is slated to commence in 2028, with an estimated two-year build-out period. This development represents a considerable investment, with Telis Energie projecting expenditures of at least EUR 1 billion (USD 1.14 billion) for the entire undertaking.
