SpendHQ Acquires Sligo AI for Advanced Procurement Automation

SpendHQ, a prominent player in enterprise spend intelligence, has significantly expanded its artificial intelligence capabilities through the acquisition of Sligo AI, a specialist in agentic enterprise procurement infrastructure. This strategic move aims to bridge the gap between AI-driven insights and actionable execution within procurement functions, a critical need for businesses navigating complex supply chains and demanding cost-efficiency targets.

The integration of Sligo AI's technology allows SpendHQ to offer procurement teams AI systems that can actively perform tasks across entire workflows, moving beyond mere data analysis. This acquisition follows SpendHQ's initial investment in Sligo AI in August 2025, during which the companies collaborated to validate the combined solution's efficacy with existing clients.
