Osedea, a prominent Quebec-based technology consultancy, has significantly expanded its service portfolio by acquiring Ventriloc, another firm rooted in the same province. This strategic move, financed entirely through Osedea's internal capital, aims to create a unified entity capable of delivering end-to-end digital solutions, from initial data insights to final product deployment.
