Nestit Group Acquires Norway's DIRA IT Services Firm

Nestit Group is accelerating its Nordic expansion by acquiring Digital Rådgivning AS (DIRA), a Norwegian IT services firm. This strategic move marks Nestit's initial bolt-on acquisition in Norway, significantly enhancing its operational presence in the vital Oslo region, a key growth market.

DIRA specializes in providing comprehensive IT services, including infrastructure management, hosting, operations, maintenance, and backup solutions, catering to small and medium-sized enterprises. The company has cultivated a strong market position through its deep technical expertise, robust client relationships, and a service portfolio precisely tailored to the needs of Norwegian businesses. This acquisition aligns perfectly with Nestit's strategy to build a leading pan-Nordic group of locally integrated IT providers.
