Nestit Group Acquires Primanet, Eyes 2B SEK Revenue

Nestit Group is accelerating its Nordic expansion by acquiring Finnish IT services provider Primanet Oy. This strategic move marks Nestit's fourth acquisition in Finland and bolsters its portfolio to 20 companies across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The consolidated entity now generates over 1.2 billion SEK in annual revenue, with an ambitious target of reaching 2 billion SEK by 2028. This latest deal underscores Nestit's rapid growth trajectory since its inception in 2024, driven by a dual strategy of acquisitions and organic development.

The IT and office solutions sector for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Nordics is experiencing significant consolidation. Companies like Nestit Group are capitalizing on this trend by integrating local expertise with broader service offerings. Primanet, established in Helsinki in 2000, brings a robust suite of IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity services, along with a strong base of recurring revenue.
