This strategic move integrates MTI's robust, open-source mobility infrastructure, which has already facilitated over 150 million journeys in India, with Automicle's specialized knowledge of European regulations and its digital solutions for parking and public transit.

The transaction, announced on March 26, 2026, signifies a pivotal moment for MTI's international ambitions. By absorbing Automicle, MTI gains a crucial foothold in a market with distinct operational and compliance demands. The combined entity is set to champion a new era of locally governed, open mobility systems across the continent, leveraging shared principles centered on open protocols like the Beckn Protocol and TOMP API standards.
