OMERS Infrastructure has promoted Jenine Krause to Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Management and Operations, effective July 1, 2025. Krause joined OMERS Infrastructure in September 2022 as Managing Director, Asset Management. Her contributions have been instrumental in enhancing the performance and resilience of OMERS Infrastructure's portfolio.

Prior to joining OMERS, Krause served as CEO of Enercare Inc., one of North America's largest home and commercial service and energy solutions companies. During her tenure, she led the transformation of Enercare from a publicly traded entity to a privately held portfolio company owned by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. Before Enercare, Krause held progressively senior roles at Bell Canada, including leading a $1 billion fibre network deployment and the rollout of Internet TV services.

Krause currently serves on the boards of Puget Sound Energy, Beanfield Technologies, and Teranet, reflecting her extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
