Boundless Ark Secures Funding for AIOS Innovation

Boundless Ark, a nascent force in artificial intelligence operating systems, has successfully closed a significant Pre-A funding round, injecting capital to accelerate its ambitious AIOS and smart hardware initiatives. This latest investment, led by consumer audio innovator AfterShokz, saw participation from notable firms including Guoruiyuan Fund, Hengsong Capital, and the Shanghai Angel Club. EC Capital facilitated the transaction as the exclusive financial advisor.

The company, also operating under the name Infinity Ark, is charting a course to redefine intelligent terminal capabilities with its proprietary AI Operating System (AIOS) framework. Founded in 2024 by Zeng Xiaodong, a veteran with a decade of experience at tech giants Alibaba and Ant Group, Boundless Ark leverages deep expertise. Zeng's prior work includes incubating groundbreaking technologies like the face-recognition payment system and the automated Tao Coffee shop, underscoring his track record in innovation.

At the heart of Boundless Ark's strategy is its flagship product, EVA OS, now in its third iteration. This advanced AI operating system is engineered to empower edge devices with autonomous program generation, dynamic driver adaptation, and seamless application deployment. Designed as an open-source, multimodal engine, EVA OS prioritizes low-latency, real-time AI agent functionality, making it exceptionally suited for mobile devices, Internet of Things (IoT) hardware, and embedded systems.

The market's reception to Boundless Ark's vision is already evident. Over 2,500 enterprises and research units have adopted EVA OS 1.0, signaling strong demand for its capabilities. Complementing its software prowess, the company has also introduced EVA Pi, a self-updating hardware terminal, and the Qiduoduo AI Learning Companion, an AI-powered educational robot targeting children aged 3 to 10. This dual focus on software and hardware integration positions Boundless Ark uniquely within the rapidly expanding AI hardware sector.

Performance benchmarks highlight the platform's efficacy. Users of the Qiduoduo AI Learning Companion engage with the device for an average of 145 minutes daily. Furthermore, the system achieves voice latency below 250 milliseconds, a substantial improvement over the typical industry benchmark of 600 milliseconds. This optimization translates into significant cost efficiencies, with edge-side perception models experiencing cost reductions ranging from 70% to an impressive 92%.

The newly secured funding will be strategically deployed to fortify the EVA OS ecosystem, cultivate broader hardware partnerships, and scale the production and distribution of its AI education product line. This infusion of capital is expected to propel Boundless Ark's expansion within the competitive AI market, where efficient edge computing and intelligent device interaction are increasingly critical differentiators.
