HCLTech Invests $1.7B in India AI Data Center Infrastructure

HCLTech is making a substantial commitment to the artificial intelligence sector, earmarking an impressive INR 14,257 crore (approximately $1.7 billion USD) for the development of a cutting-edge AI Data Center. This significant investment will establish the company's first dedicated AI infrastructure facility within the Sovereign AI Park in Odisha, India. The combined project is anticipated to create a total of 6,000 high-skilled employment opportunities, spanning data center operations and associated technology sectors.
