EIS Holdings Acquires TID Demolition, Expands Western Services

EIS Holdings has significantly expanded its environmental and infrastructure services footprint in the western United States with the strategic acquisition of TID Demolition. This move integrates a seasoned demolition specialist into EIS's growing platform, enhancing its capabilities across the Mountain Region and beyond.

The addition of Salt Lake City-based TID Demolition, a company with over a quarter-century of operational experience, brings specialized expertise in interior and selective demolition. This complements EIS's existing suite of services, which includes environmental consulting, remediation, decontamination, dewatering, and underground tank removal. The integration is expected to create a more robust, end-to-end solution provider for complex infrastructure projects.

TID Demolition has cultivated a strong reputation for managing intricate demolition projects within diverse settings, such as retail environments, high-rise office buildings, healthcare facilities, government installations, and manufacturing plants. Its operational reach currently extends across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, aligning perfectly with EIS's strategic expansion goals in these key western markets.

This acquisition represents a continuation of EIS Holdings' growth strategy, which emphasizes both organic expansion and targeted acquisitions. The company, headquartered in Westlake, Texas, already operates a substantial network with 32 offices spanning 38 states and a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Previous integrations, such as those with Eagle Environmental in Colorado, Earth Services & Abatement in the Rocky Mountain Region, and EN TECH in Arizona, have laid the groundwork for this latest consolidation.
