The acquisition positions EdgeBeam as a leading Hybrid Network Operator, a burgeoning model that synergizes the cost-efficiency of broadcast spectrum with the reach of traditional internet services. By incorporating Broadspan's centralized control capabilities, EdgeBeam can now more effectively manage, route, and distribute data across its expanding network.
