CLPS Acquires Buroscope, Expands French Training Footprint

In a strategic move to expand its footprint in western France's professional development arena, CLPS L'Enjeu Competences has finalized the acquisition of Buroscope. This integration, effective March 21, 2026, significantly enhances CLPS's capabilities, particularly within the tertiary education segment.

The acquisition positions the combined entity as a dominant force in the Grand Ouest region, boasting a workforce of over 440 professionals. CLPS L'Enjeu Competences, a prominent worker cooperative (SCOP) with 415 employees, annually serves approximately 28,000 individuals across 26 training and apprenticeship centers. By incorporating Buroscope, which employs 40 individuals and trains around 1,900 learners each year, CLPS broadens its service portfolio and consolidates its expertise.
