Eneve Acquires Nemon Energy Software Firm

Dutch energy software and consulting group Eneve has acquired Nemon, a Spanish provider of critical software solutions for energy retailers. The transaction, advised by Bondo Advisors, marks a significant step for Nemon in bolstering its technological capabilities and expanding its market reach within the Iberian Peninsula by integrating with a larger European entity.

This strategic union arrives at a pivotal moment for the energy sector, which is undergoing profound structural shifts driven by the rapid integration of renewable energy sources, increasing electrification, and a more complex regulatory environment.
