BHA, a Louisiana-based firm with over 40 years of experience, brings a deep well of expertise in civil engineering and land surveying. Serving government agencies and private clients across Central and Gulf South Louisiana from multiple offices, BHA has been instrumental in numerous public works, community development, and disaster resilience initiatives.
