Leep Utilities Acquires Milton Keynes Network

Leep Utilities, a prominent owner and operator of essential utility infrastructure across the United Kingdom, has significantly bolstered its operational footprint by acquiring the district heating and electricity network serving central Milton Keynes. This strategic move, backed by investment firm Ancala, integrates the assets of Thames Wey Central Milton Keynes Ltd (TCMK) into Leep's expanding portfolio.

The acquired network, established in 2007, currently supplies vital heat and power to a diverse range of domestic and commercial properties within Milton Keynes. Key developments such as The Hub, Vizion, and The Pinnacle, the city's largest office complex, are among the beneficiaries. Furthermore, the network possesses latent capacity to support future growth in the west-central region of the city, positioning Leep for continued expansion in a dynamic urban environment.

This acquisition aligns perfectly with Leep Utilities' overarching strategy to consolidate its market-leading position in the provision of last-mile utility solutions.
