Afianza Acquires 8 Firms, Boosting National Service Offerings

Afianza, a prominent Spanish integrated professional services firm, has significantly expanded its national footprint by integrating eight new companies in the first quarter of 2026. This strategic move not only enhances the firm's service capabilities but also accelerates its nationwide expansion, aligning with its sustained growth trajectory. The acquisitions represent a substantial addition to Afianza's operational capacity and market reach.

The newly integrated entities comprise two law and advisory firms: Gonvel in Málaga and M&P Ledesma Abogados in Barcelona. Complementing these are six specialized consultancies spread across key Spanish provinces. These include Easy-Advisors Tech (Málaga), Llarena Consultores (Canary Islands), Mibor Asesores (Navarre), Informasa Asesores (León), Gestoría Moriana (Jaén), and Oliver Maura Consultores (Balearic Islands). This diverse group of acquisitions broadens Afianza's expertise in areas such as legal, tax, labor, and digital transformation services.

Collectively, these eight companies bring an additional €16.5 million in combined annual revenue and over 270 skilled professionals to Afianza's workforce. This influx is part of a larger, ongoing consolidation strategy that has seen Afianza integrate 66 businesses since 2010. The firm's previous year's performance in 2025 was also robust, with 15 companies integrated, contributing over €24 million in revenue and more than 300 employees, underscoring a consistent pattern of aggressive expansion.

The strategic placement of new offices in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Navarre, León, and Jaén is a critical component of Afianza's national coverage enhancement. Víctor Torrico, General Director of Afianza, highlighted that these new locations, alongside strengthening existing regional presences, solidify the firm's position as a leading professional services provider across Spain. This geographic diversification is crucial in a market where clients increasingly seek comprehensive, localized support.

The acquisitions in Málaga, specifically Gonvel and Easy-Advisors Tech, reinforce Afianza's presence in a key economic hub, adding specialized legal, tax, and business administration expertise. In Navarre, Mibor Asesores brings a strong focus on fiscal, labor, and digital transformation services, serving approximately 500 clients. Informasa Asesores, established in 1977, marks Afianza's entry into León with extensive experience in accounting, labor, tax, and corporate law. Gestoría Moriana, with over 70 years of history in Jaén, further expands the firm's reach into Andalusia.

Further strengthening its island presence, Afianza has welcomed Llarena Consultores in Tenerife, a firm with over two decades of experience in labor, tax, and legal services, including HR outsourcing. In the Balearic Islands, Oliver Maura Consultores in Palma de Mallorca offers comprehensive business advisory, from startup support and accounting to real estate and corporate investment. These additions are particularly relevant in a market segment where specialized advisory services are in high demand, driven by evolving regulatory environments and economic complexities.

This wave of acquisitions positions Afianza to capitalize on the growing demand for integrated business services within Spain's dynamic economic environment.
