Advent International Appoints Mike Ettling as Operating Partner - InforCapital

Advent International, a global private equity firm, has announced the appointment of Mike Ettling as an Operating Partner. Ettling will focus on identifying new investment opportunities in the enterprise technology sector, overseeing portfolio company initiatives, and contributing to leadership and culture development within Advent.

Ettling brings over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of SYSPRO, a digital manufacturing technology provider. Previously, he held executive roles including CEO of Unit4, a cloud ERP software vendor, and President of SAP SuccessFactors, a leader in cloud-based human capital management solutions.
