Role Overview

ZEITGEIST Asset Management (Berlin) is hiring a Senior Acquisition & Transaction Manager for its nationwide German real estate investment activities. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurially-minded professional with experience in acquisitions, transactions, or investment management and a strong network within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire land plots and existing properties

- Manage buy- and sell-side transaction processes

- Conduct due diligence and lead contract negotiations

- Build and maintain investor and market relationships

- Develop new investment and growth opportunities

Qualifications

- Track record of successfully closing transactions
