Investment Manager – Venture Capital, Private Equity & Blockchain, Group Venture Management

UOB Venture Management Pte Ltd, the corporate venture arm of United Overseas Bank (UOB), is seeking an Investment Manager to join its Group Venture Management team in Singapore. UOB is a leading bank in Asia with a network spanning more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, with a history spanning more than 80 years.

The role focuses on identifying and evaluating early- and growth-stage blockchain technology companies across sectors such as payments, real-world asset tokenization, infrastructure, and enterprise solutions. Responsibilities span the full investment lifecycle: building relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners; monitoring regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive landscapes; conducting qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective investments; analyzing business models, governance structures, and revenue mechanisms; and building financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos. The Investment Manager will also assess technology architecture in collaboration with technical advisors, support deal structuring and term sheet analysis, participate in investment committee processes, and provide post-investment portfolio support including strategic planning and KPI tracking. The role further involves coordinating with legal, compliance, and external advisors, preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to research papers, market maps, and internal investment theses on blockchain standards and Web3 business models.
