Investment Manager

Role Overview

UCEA Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private markets investment platform operating at the intersection of a family office, direct investment platform and co-investment network, is hiring an Investment Manager to expand its Singapore investment presence. The role is designed for someone who wants to own transactions end-to-end rather than just analyze them, working across the full private-markets lifecycle from origination through portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Originate private-market opportunities and assess direct and co-investment deals

- Lead financial, commercial and strategic analysis of prospective investments

- Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, commercial and technical workstreams

- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee materials

- Challenge founders, CEOs and advisers on valuation, strategy and execution

- Support structuring, negotiation and execution of direct investments, co-investments and SPVs

- Manage transactions from first conversation through closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring

- Build relationships with family offices, HNW investors and private-capital partners across the wider Singapore market

- Participate in investor meetings, private-capital events and syndication

Qualifications

Candidates may currently work in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking/Corporate Finance, Family Office investing, Private Credit/Growth Equity, or M&A/Transaction Advisory. The firm values strong financial and investment analysis, clear and confident communication, commercial instinct and judgement, the ability to manage multiple live transactions, comfort dealing directly with founders and investors, and a genuine interest in private markets and long-term investor relationships. Existing relationships within the Singapore family-office and private-capital community are considered a significant advantage.
