Investment Associate - Private Equity - Singapore

Role Overview

Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset management group, is hiring an Investment Associate for its Private Equity team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research

- Assist in due diligence, including coordinating with advisors and third parties

- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees

- Participate in monitoring and managing portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives

- Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance; strong preference for direct PE or M&A execution experience

- Demonstrated ability to build and review financial models independently

- Solid experience supporting or leading due-diligence workstreams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
