Director & Associate Counsel

The candidate will join the Legal Team and be responsible for negotiating and managing documentation in support of the Company's sales, trading, technical and financing activities at Carlyle Aviation Partners. Responsibilities include: negotiating, managing and directing the sales, leasing and financing of aviation assets; managing deal teams; identifying and resolving legal issues; negotiating lease and asset management documentation; managing and coordinating outside counsel in diverse foreign jurisdictions. Reports to the Chief Legal Officer.
