Associate Vice President, Legal Lead

Team Co-Lead for the Global Credit Fund legal Team, working closely in partnership with the Finance Co-Lead will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of all investments and entities within the Carlyle Global Credit Luxembourg Platform. Responsibilities include: Joint team leadership, Legal tasks (review legal documentation, supervise set-up of new Luxembourg based structures), Corporate Governance, Investment and Transaction Oversight, Team & Management (lead and develop internal legal team of approximately 5 professionals).
