Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President, Structuring and Execution

Temasek's Structuring & Execution (S&E) team is the in-house M&A specialist group within its Investment Group, focused on structuring and executing large, complex transactions globally, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, spin-offs, capital raises and restructurings. The team works closely with Temasek's industry, markets and portfolio development teams alongside legal, tax and finance colleagues to assess and structure deals.

The Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President will participate in structuring and executing complex investments and divestments, developing transaction structures to meet Temasek's investment and divestment objectives. Responsibilities include evaluating the financial impact of transaction structures, assisting with financial modelling, returns evaluation and due diligence, reviewing investment term sheets and transaction documents with a focus on commercial and financial aspects, and helping manage overall transaction processes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
