AVP/VP, Investment Performance & Management

Temasek, Singapore's globally diversified investment company with a net portfolio value exceeding SGD 380 billion, is seeking an AVP or VP to join its Investment Performance & Management (IPM) team. This role offers a unique strategic perspective on Temasek's portfolio and investment activities across both public and private markets.

The Investment Performance & Management team's mission is to drive unified alignment across the organization to support Temasek's strategic investment vision and enhance overall investment performance. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Investment Group, establishing best practices and providing portfolio oversight support to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting senior management in formulating and communicating investment strategies, leading portfolio management and oversight efforts through the Portfolio Action Plan, and driving value creation across select portfolio companies. The role involves deriving actionable insights from investment and portfolio data, contributing to decisions on investment focus, portfolio construction, and allocation.

The candidate will also collaborate with investment teams across public and private markets to establish firm-wide best practices and learning initiatives, and design strategic principles to enhance franchise value.

This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to Temasek's full portfolio across geographies and asset classes including private equity, venture capital, real assets, and public markets.
