AVP/VP, Investment Performance & Management

Role Overview

Temasek, the Singapore-headquartered global investment company with a S$518 billion portfolio, is hiring an AVP/VP for its Investment Performance & Management (IPM) team.

Key Responsibilities

- Support senior management in formulating and communicating key investment strategies and strategic direction

- Drive strategic and analytical projects evaluating investment performance and refining strategy across the portfolio

- Lead portfolio management and oversight efforts, including the Portfolio Action Plan and value creation across portfolio companies

- Collaborate with investment teams across public and private markets to establish firm-wide best practices

- Design strategic principles and initiatives that enhance franchise value, including the Annual Portfolio Summit Day

Qualifications

Experience supporting institutional investment strategy, portfolio management or management consulting to investment organizations; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
