Associate/Senior Associate, Investment Review

## Role Overview

Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore with a net portfolio value of S$518 billion (US$401 billion) as at 31 March 2026, is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate for its Investment Review team, part of the Portfolio Strategy & Risk Group. The team conducts independent, in-depth diligence and analysis of significant potential investments across industries and geographies, providing the Investment Committee with an independent view on risk-reward that complements the originating investment team's perspective.

## Key Responsibilities

- Assess business drivers, industry dynamics, diligence findings and valuation to form an independent view of investment opportunities

- Participate actively in investment due diligence and develop perspectives on key investment considerations

- Develop Investment Committee materials highlighting risk/reward considerations and range of outcomes

- Build and review financial models for valuation, returns and scenario analysis

- Monitor and analyse portfolio companies to support value creation and timely exits

## Qualifications

- Degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or another quantitative discipline

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in private equity, M&A investment banking, leveraged finance, corporate finance consulting or investment evaluation

- Strong transaction due diligence and financial modelling experience, including DCF and LBO analysis

- Strong valuation and investment judgement, with the ability to assess opportunities holistically

- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent English; international experience advantageous but not required
